about Terry Hildebrandt
I am an independent executive coach and organization development consultant. I work with leaders, teams, and organizations across the globe facilitating Innovation and Creativity Workshops, Process Design and Improvement, Group Effectiveness, Organizational Design, Team Development, Strategy Development, Strategic Planning, Leadership Coaching, and Diversity Training.
Prior to starting my own business, I worked at Hewlett-Packard for over 22 years, starting in 1986 as a Quality Engineer at the Optoelectronics Division. Since then, I served in several positions including Manufacturing Development Engineer, Production Manager, Business Manager, Reengineering Manager, Sr. Quality Consultant, and Internal Consultant V.
I received my BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Rice University in 1986 and a MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness in 2000 from the Fielding Graduate University. I completed the Certificate in Integral Studies in 2008. I am also currently enrolled in Fielding’s Year-Long Graduate Level Evidence Based Coaching Certification Program. I am also currently a doctoral student at Fielding studying Human and Organizational Systems.
I have been a workplace equality advocate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees for over 15 years. I am a certified Out & Equal Building Bridges™ diversity leadership trainer. I am also cofounder of the Out & Equal Rocky Mountain Affiliate.
