I had to put an actual price tag on my time and start choosing the best ROI on my time. Make the contacts, find good people, barter your services. The important thing is to have a clear vision, flexibility, confidence and perseverance. Since I am a partner in two businesses Apis Business Solutions, LLC and ERMA Institute, LLC (one was evidently not enough)-my time was automatically divided. Apis Business Solutions, our accounting/bookkeeping business (a new business model) has really started taking off, so I found myself putting ERMA on the back burner. Eventually, I had to STOP Running and START Planning an Implementation Strategy (Wow, practice what I preach!)
