about Marc Ricker

I am an business owner living in Denver for a little over a year now. My main business focuses on the Colorado vacation rental market, fractional real estate and mortgage.  I am originally from Kentucky and still have investments there in both Real Estate and the Thoroughbred horse industry.  My family owns a thoroughbred horse farm and breeds, sells and races racehorses. 

I currently have offices in Vail and Denver and am planning to open an office in a new city, more than likely Tahoe, within the next year. 

When I am not working, I love to be outdoors!  Whether it is just hiking around, fishing or skiing, I try and get to the mountains as often as possible.
