Ruff joined the Integrated Alliances Headquarters team in mid-2008. Prior to IA, Lori operated an award-winning regional training company for 10 years in the Southeast serving companies, government entities and non-profits including AT&T, S&D Coffee, Training Solutions Group, City of Concord (NC), City of Kannapolis (NC) and the International Association of Administrative Professionals. Lori created a large network of strategic partners and became known as the go-to-woman in the Mid-Southeast region.

Since founding White Knight Management Consulting in early 2007, she has built an international client base, and is again a sought-after speaker, trainer and author. In addition to overseeing the administrative and human resource functions of IA, she is impacting the national and international expansion efforts to help IA become one of the largest and fastest growing business networking organizations across the US and North America.
