I read an analysis of me once that said "outgoing and social by nature, you thrive on helping others. You are a superb organizer, and will stay with a project until they get the results you desire. More people than task oriented, you are better working with others than independently."
I suppose this has translated well into my career, having spent many years in the accounting field with several breaks in between to pursue my own business management interests, mortgage, and now business development with a home warranty company.
